About
In a quiet, humble village, chaos erupts when brutal soldiers raid under the command of the tyrannical King Brayon, abducting dozens of young boys. Villagers are slain, homes are burned, and the survivors are left broken. Tonas, the gentle village leader, pleads for help—and finds it in the mysterious and reluctant warrior, Asim.
Asim, a rugged and capable young man with a haunted past, sets out with a ragtag group of villagers and unexpected allies, including dwarfs, former bandits, and fierce female warriors led by his old friend Lanee. Their mission: to track and rescue the stolen children from the heavily guarded northern castle of King Brayon.
Their journey is perilous. They face treacherous terrain, cursed arrows that plunge victims into coma-like sleep, brutal dark dwarfs led by the greedy and violent Swank, and even sky-borne monsters like the deadly Cockatrice, whose stone-spitting attacks nearly kill them. They must also cross into the dangerous fairy realm, where the dazzling Queen Tin-Tina offers help—but not without sacrifice.
Along the way, Asim’s group grows stronger through loss, loyalty, and fierce battles. They mourn the fallen, celebrate survival, and inch ever closer to the fortress that holds the children. By the time they reach the castle, Asim is no longer just a reluctant hero—he is a leader determined to defy a king.
But saving the children means facing the wicked warlock Zabin, who serves King Brayon with deadly magic, and rallying an untrained group against a full army. In the end, Asim must decide how far he’s willing to go to save innocent lives—and what he’s willing to lose along the way.
