About
THE RETURN - Book One of the Vibrations of Time Trilogy
Set between ancient history and the present day, The Return follows the reappearance of three members of the Emuqa-An family, an advanced extraterrestrial race known as the Anunnaki, who once engineered humanity and ruled Earth as gods.
After an absence of 11,000 years, they return to Earth in search of their twin siblings, left behind to oversee the human race after a global cataclysm. One of the twins, Utu, is discovered alive—but stripped of all memory of his identity and purpose. The other, Inanna, has vanished without a trace.
Unaware of who he truly is, Utu has lived among humans for millennia, operating from hidden underground bases and subtly influencing human evolution through genetic intervention and telepathic contact—often allowing himself to be perceived as a god. In the present day, a mysterious connection forms between Utu and Juliana Key, an archaeologist working at a remote excavation site in Sudan in 2022.
When an earthquake traps them inside ancient ruins, it is revealed that they are standing within one of Utu’s long-abandoned bases—destroyed thousands of years earlier during a violent conflict with the Greys (An Zur), a rival alien species responsible for abducting Utu 6,000 years ago and erasing much of his memory.
Unable to re-establish telepathic contact with their brother, Utu’s returning siblings attempt to locate him through dormant systems and physical tracking—only to encounter the Greys first. Their pursuit leads them into orbit, where the Greys have taken Juliana aboard their ship. A confrontation erupts, and Utu manages to rescue her, but he is gravely wounded in the process. His brothers are forced to intervene, revealing themselves at last in order to save his life.
Although the family is finally reunited, Utu remains deeply distrustful—even when confronted with the answers he has sought for millennia
